From Grain To Glass

It's no secret -- I love beer! But not just any beer. Quite frankly, most mass-produced American beer is bland, nearly tasteless swill. It is said that most American beer drinkers don't really like beer, they just like to get drunk and piss a lot!

For the more adventurous beer drinker, it is an absolute necessity to seek out high quality microbrews and imports. Many beer lovers even go so far as to brew their own.

I have been brewing beer since 1995; recently, I have also started brewing mead (a historical beverage, made from fermented honey). I'm a member of the American Homebrewers Association, passed the BJCP beer judge certification exam in 2001, and I am currently the VP of the Urban Knaves of Grain homebrewing club. My intent is to turn this area of JustBrewIt.net into a comprehensive resource for beer lovers and homebrewers. Until that happens, here are a few links to keep you busy:
